Seniors have never had more fun!

Our Club Picnic

We take part in fun and meaningful activities that keep our minds and hearts active. We enjoy sharing meals, walking and talking, and simply spending time in each other’s company. We rejoice together in our achievements and milestones, giving thanks to God for every blessing. And in times of sickness or loss, we stand beside one another with prayer, compassion, and support. This is more than a club—it’s a caring Christian family walking life’s journey together. We meet every Tuesday sometimes on Zoom sometimes in person.
We invite you to come and join us as we travel along.

Our Caribbean Cruise in May 2025

In May 18-25, 2025, something very special happened for our Seniors Club. A group of 31 of us set out together on a seven-day cruise, traveling from Toronto all the way to Miami, and then on to Puerto Rico, Turks and Caicos, and the Dominican Republic. From the moment we boarded the ship, it was clear this was more than just a vacation—it was a shared experience filled with laughter, fellowship, and joy. For seven days, that cruise ship became our floating home. We ate together, laughed together, explored together, and simply enjoyed each other’s company! There’s something powerful about spending uninterrupted time with people who share your faith, your values and your stage of life. Conversations flowed easily, friendships deepened, and many memories were made – some loud and joyful, others quiet and meaningful.

One thing that made us especially easy to spot was our gold T-shirts—our official club shirts. Everywhere we went, people noticed us. They smiled, asked questions, and sometimes even joined in our joy. Those shirts weren’t just clothing; they were a symbol of who we are—connected, proud, and walking this journey together.

Hope you’ll join us the next time!

Our Ukulele Christmas Performance

Many of our club members were the founding performers of our church’s Christmas Cantata, a tradition spanning more than 25 years as an annual celebration in song of the birth of Jesus Christ, our Saviour! The Cantata, as it is affectionately called, has evolved from a choral performance into a musical drama that features actors and musical performers from across the GTA. This is our 55+ Club opening the night’s production with a ukulele performance conducted by our instructor who gives our seniors lessons at our weekly Tuesday meetings.
